Sample mysql monit configuration

check process mysql with pidfile /run/mysqld/mysqld.pid
    start program = "/usr/sbin/service mysql start" with timeout 60 seconds
    stop program  = "/usr/sbin/service mysql stop"
    if failed unixsocket /var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock then restart
